Privacy Notice

This notice explains how SupplyMatrix collects and uses personal data, in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

Who we are

  • SupplyMatrix (supply-matrix.net) is operated by Kasidit Wansudon in Thailand, who is the data controller for the website and the contact form.

What we collect

  • Contact form: company name, your name, email, phone / WeChat / LINE ID, plant location, monthly purchasing volume, your message, the language you used, and technical data (IP address and browser type) to block spam and abuse.
  • App accounts: name, email, role, language, sign-in records and an encrypted (hashed) password. We never store passwords in readable form.
  • Procurement data your company enters in the app (suppliers, requests, quotes, purchase orders) belongs to your company. We process it on your company's behalf only to provide the service.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and arrange a pilot, with your consent and as a step before a contract.
  • To provide the app under our agreement with your company.
  • To keep the service secure and prevent misuse (our legitimate interest).
  • We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

  • Data is stored with Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare D1 databases, Asia-Pacific location hint), which acts as our service provider. Cloudflare may process data outside Thailand under its own data-protection safeguards.

How long we keep it

  • Contact-form enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer.
  • App data: for as long as your company's account is active. When an account is closed, we delete its data within 90 days on request.
  • Demo accounts and their sample data are deleted automatically after 24 hours.

Cookies

  • The website uses your browser's local storage only to remember your language and theme. The app uses one essential sign-in cookie. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

  • You can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw your consent at any time. Contact us using the details above and we will respond within 30 days.
  • You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC), Thailand.
